    Policy Availability: Include a copy of our Sustainability Policy on our corporate website for clients, partners, and employees to review.

    Office and Transportation: Minimise the impact on the sustainability of all office and transportation activities.


    Client and Supplier Engagement: Make clients and suppliers aware of our Sustainability Policy and encourage them to adopt similar practices.


    Continuous Improvement: Review our policy every year to continually strive to improve our sustainability performance.


    Carbon Offset Donations: Make donations to help offset carbon emissions from our activities.


    Employee Awareness: Ensure that new employees are aware of sustainability issues.

  • Travel & Transportation

    Eco-friendly Transport: Walk, cycle, or use public transport to attend meetings, except in exceptional circumstances where alternatives are impractical and cost-prohibitive.


    European Travel: Travel to mainland Europe will usually be undertaken by train.


    Virtual Meetings: Avoid physical travel to meetings where alternatives like Zoom calls, video conferencing, or webcams are available and practical.


    Remote Work: Reduce the need for our staff to travel to the office by allowing them to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


    Carbon Footprint Monitoring: Use a “self-assessment carbon footprint calculator” for business travel to monitor our impact.

  • Sustainable Procurement

    Resource Minimisation: Minimise the use of paper and other office consumables.


    Eco-friendly Products: Purchase only eco-friendly or recycled office consumables.


    Reuse and Recycling: Reuse or recycle office waste, including paper, computer supplies, and redundant equipment.


    Energy Efficiency: Reduce the energy consumption of office equipment by purchasing energy-efficient equipment and practicing good housekeeping.


    Sustainable Timber: Ensure that timber furniture and other timber products are recycled or from well-managed, sustainable sources and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).


    Fair Trade and Organic Products: Purchase fair-trade and/or organic beverages.

This involves reducing our carbon footprint, using renewable energy sources, and promoting climate awareness through our digital content. We also monitor and manage our business travel impacts with a carbon footprint calculator.
