Media Campaigns Account Director (Team Lead)

BizClik Media is looking for an experienced and talented Campaigns Account Director to join and manage our Campaigns team. This role will focus on driving sales funnel growth by strategically developing and executing account campaigns across various brand portfolios, while also overseeing and managing the Campaigns Team (circa 5-6 people).

The Role & Core Skills:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies tailored to client objectives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Project Management: Efficiently oversee client campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Insight:  Utilisation of marketing tools to assess the effectiveness of multichannel campaigns, extracting actionable insights to enhance future strategies and optimise performance.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct weekly/monthly marketing reviews, meticulously tracking campaign performance metrics and productivity indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demand Generation: Lead the execution of demand-generation campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel, ultimately driving conversions for Lead Generation and Webinars campaigns.
  • Content Development: Craft compelling copywriting and content (webinar) that resonates with target audiences, effectively communicating brand messages and value propositions.
  • HTML and Design Quality Assurance: Skillfully implement and assess HTML email executions, incorporating design principles to craft visually captivating and engaging elements for various campaigns. This involves creating dynamic email templates, captivating landing pages, and compelling digital assets.

A Campaign Account Director should have

  • Experience working as a Digital Marketing / Demand Generation / Campaign Manager for a brand or agency, ideally B2B.
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills and communication : strong client management abilities and excellent presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively handling diverse clients globally and delivering presentations.
  • Experience using CRM’s (Salesforce) and Project Management Tools such as Monday.com.
  • Exceptional organisational and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, leveraging insights to drive data-informed decision-making and campaign refinement.
  • Excellent copywriting skills coupled with a creative mind for developing engaging campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills (including Excel, Powerpoint  and Google Workspace)
  • Robust data analysis and critical thinking, think out of the box mindset
  • Excellent team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Creative flair and a passion for innovation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing /IT or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or campaign management are a plus.

JOB TYPE:

Full-time, office based in Norwich - Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:30, Friday 8:30 - 4:30 - some hybrid working included.
