The Role
Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for branding and digital engagement? We’re looking for a Brand Manager to oversee newsletter development, social media promotion, and marketing initiatives for our in-house magazine content.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and build engaging newsletters for appointed brands on a weekly basis, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage the social media promotion of our in-house magazine content across various platforms and channels.
- Create monthly LinkedIn newsletters focusing on trending topics in the industry to showcase our expertise and leadership in the field.
- Collaborate with the partnership manager to deliver marketing assets for corporate event partnerships.
- Tasks may include social media promotion, placement of newsletter banners, and creation of web content to enhance partnership visibility.
- Provide support for marketing initiatives led by the campaigns team, such as creating website content to maximize campaign impact and reach.
- Understand and measure their brands vs. internal and market benchmarks
- Identify sector trends and data and turn that data into insight
- Deliver a campaign plan for each sector brand to drive awareness, audience growth, engagement and conversion across websites, magazines and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of tools and software used for email marketing, social media management, and content creation (such as HootSuite, Mailchimp and Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance (such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console).
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a brand-focused role, is a plus.
