Director of Sales & Sponsorships - Technology Brands

BizClik is a fast high growth, digital media business and we are looking to expand our office in Dubai and we’re now looking for a senior sales professional to join our team offering digital marketing solutions and sponsorships to senior clients across the APAC and MENA regions.


Key responsibilities

This is a front-line senior sales role so we’re looking for people that have proven sales skills at the highest level and can demonstrate determination and drive to succeed in a media business with delivering industry-leading audience growth and engagement alongside year-on-year revenue growth. You’ll be working as part of a friendly Dubai-based sales and content team, backed up by colleagues in data, marketing, campaigns, creative and production in the UK to deliver content solutions to global clients.


Key Activities

  • Build client relationships with senior-level executives, technology providers, industry consultants and influencers.
  • Understand the sector strategy and help engage in the portfolio plan – annual, quarterly, and monthly.
  • Work closely with the management team to deliver on daily and weekly KPIs designed to drive interest in our brands and services.
  • Use LinkedIn and other networking channels to engage with clients.
  • Set up sales calls and appointments and deliver engaging sales presentations to existing and new clients.
  • Become an influencer within your assigned business sector and brands.
  • Attend industry events as and when required to represent BizClik.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in content and marketing to ensure our platforms continue to grow and deliver strong response levels to clients.

  • Native or professional standard English.
  • Good communicator – written and verbal. Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills – time, task and diary management.
  • Efficient with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator & Socials
  • Understand how to use a CRM system – we use Salesforce
  • Self-belief, determination and willing to work hard and go the extra mile.

Pay & Package

  • Competitive monthly salary (9,000 AED - 12,000 AED)
  • Uncapped commission (OTE 165,000 AED in commission on top of the basic salary - with several current staff earning 400K+ AED per year)
