The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Events Marketing Assistant to support our growing events team at BizClik. Reporting to the Head of Events Marketing, this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to expand their knowledge and develop a career in B2B marketing.
You’ll play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns, assisting with audience engagement, and supporting the promotion of BizClik’s industry-leading events across digital and social platforms. If you’re creative, highly organised, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, registrations, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Support the creation and scheduling of social media content to engage target audiences.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Help update and maintain event websites and landing pages with the latest event information.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential attendees.
- Monitor and report on event marketing performance, using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content, sales, and digital marketing, to align promotional efforts.
- Provide on-the-day support for virtual and in-person (UK and Global) events, including live social media coverage.
Skills & Experience Required
- Passion for event marketing and digital marketing.
- Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite or similar) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
