The new Data Manager will be at the heart of BizClik’s data operations, architecting and optimising data pipelines, ensuring governance and transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the successful candidate will lead a two person data team, working with cutting edge tools in Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and Dataflow, while ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and maintaining robust ELT pipelines across Salesforce, Piano.io, Apollo, and other core platforms.

- Architecting data warehouse schemas that mirror and empower business operations.
- Overseeing governance, access control, and retention policies to keep BizClik’s data safe, accurate and compliant.
- Collaborating with campaign and sales teams to deliver tailored data insights that drive strategy.
- Leading and mentoring the data team to deliver excellence at scale.
