Why This Role Exists
We are looking for an exceptional Campaigns Director to lead and scale BizClik’s global campaigns function.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-value, multi-channel campaigns for global enterprise clients while managing and developing a high-performing campaigns team.
The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership, operational excellence and commercial awareness with a deep understanding of AI-powered campaign delivery, client management and large-scale project execution.
You will lead a team of approximately 10 campaign professionals, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, at exceptional quality and aligned to both client objectives and BizClik’s commercial growth targets.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling media and events environment and can confidently operate with senior ​stakeholders from some of the world’s largest brands.

Job requirements

Skills and Experience Required

  • Significant experience in campaign management, client services or integrated marketing leadership roles.

  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients and global strategic accounts.

  • Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing teams.

  • Strong operational and project management capabilities.

  • PRINCE2 qualification essential.

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, automation and AI-enabled workflows.

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.

  • Experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership presence with excellent decision-making abilities.

  • Experience within media, publishing, events, marketing agency or B2B environments preferred.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Leadership and Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of global multi-platform marketing campaigns across digital media, content, video, webinars, live events, lead generation and executive roundtables.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest possible standard, on time and within scope.

  • Oversee campaign strategy, timelines, resource allocation, execution and reporting.

  • Drive continuous improvement across campaign operations, workflows and client delivery.

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all campaign touchpoints and outputs.

  • Ensure campaign KPIs, commercial objectives and client expectations are consistently exceeded.


Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as senior relationship lead for major global accounts including enterprise-level clients such as Google, AWS, Microsoft and other strategic partners.

  • Build trusted long-term relationships with senior marketing and commercial stakeholders.

  • Lead high-level client meetings, strategic reviews and campaign performance discussions.

  • Manage escalations professionally and commercially.

  • Ensure a premium client experience across every stage of campaign delivery.


AI and Operational Innovation

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of AI-powered campaign workflows and operational efficiencies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reporting, campaign optimisation and audience targeting through AI tools and automation.

  • Work closely with commercial, editorial, production and data teams to improve campaign performance through technology and innovation.

  • Champion AI adoption across the campaigns department while maintaining quality, creativity and human-led strategic thinking.


Team Leadership and Management

  • Manage, mentor and develop a team of approximately 10 campaign professionals.

  • Create a high-performance, accountable and collaborative team culture.

  • Set departmental KPIs, objectives and performance standards.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training and career development across the campaigns team.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, reviews and development planning sessions.

  • Lead by example with professionalism, organisation and operational discipline.


Project and Process Management

  • Oversee campaign planning processes using structured project management methodologies.

  • Ensure clear governance, reporting and delivery structures are in place.

  • Manage complex campaign timelines across multiple departments and stakeholders.

  • Drive operational consistency across all campaign delivery functions.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, editorial, production, events and marketing.
