Purpose of the Role
The PR Agency Manager is responsible for building strategic relationships with PR agencies to position BizClik as a go-to platform for thought leadership, executive profiling and industry storytelling.
Unlike media agency sales, this role focuses on influence, access and narrative positioning, converting PR-led opportunities into commercial partnerships across events, editorial and video.
The objective is to embed BizClik into PR agency client strategies and communications plans, creating a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPR Agency Relationship Development
Build and manage relationships with leading PR agencies across London and EMEA
Position BizClik as a trusted editorial and event partner for client storytelling
Develop relationships across:
Account Directors
Client Leads
Senior leadership
Opportunity Generation and Pipeline Development
Generate a consistent flow of:
Executive interview opportunities
Thought leadership features
Event speaker introductions
Brand partnership opportunities
Convert PR-driven introductions into commercial campaigns and event participation
Thought Leadership and Editorial Alignment
Work closely with editorial teams to:
Identify high-value C-suite voices
Align agency clients with key themes (AI, sustainability, procurement, HR, data centres)
Ensure BizClik is positioned as a platform for industry leadership, not just promotion
Event and Speaker Pipeline Development
Source high-quality speakers for:
Sustainability LIVE
Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE
AI LIVE
Data Centre LIVE
Leverage PR relationships to:
Strengthen event agendas
Increase executive attendance
Support sponsorship conversations
Commercial Conversion
Identify opportunities to convert PR relationships into:
Sponsored content
Event partnerships
Integrated campaigns
Work with sales and Norwich (HQ) to structure and deliver campaigns
Market Intelligence
Maintain visibility of:
PR agency client portfolios
Upcoming campaigns and announcements
Industry narratives and trends
Feed insights into:
Editorial strategy
Event programming
Commercial opportunities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of active PR agency relationships
Volume of opportunities generated (interviews, speakers, partnerships)
Conversion of PR-led opportunities into revenue (£)
Contribution to event speaker pipelines
Number of repeat agency collaborations
Quality and seniority of executive engagement (C-suite level)

Skills and Experience
Experience working within or alongside PR agencies
Strong network across PR agencies in London / EMEA
Understanding of media relations, thought leadership and executive positioning
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
