Why This Role Exists
The Production Assistant plays an important operational role within the wider Production and Editorial teams, supporting the smooth delivery of digital content, website publishing and campaign assets across BizClik’s global portfolio.
This role exists to help improve publishing speed, content consistency and operational support across editorial and campaign workflows while maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation.
The successful candidate will support CMS uploads, website updates, content formatting and press release writing while working closely with Editorial, Campaigns, Marketing and Production teams.
This is an ideal role for someone highly organised, detail-focused and looking to build experience within digital media, publishing and content operations.
Key Responsibilities
CMS and Website Management
Upload articles, reports and content to CMS platforms
Format and publish website content accurately and efficiently
Maintain website copy and content consistency
Ensure content is uploaded in line with SEO and publishing standards
Support same-day publishing requirements across platforms
Press Release and Content Support
Assist with drafting and editing press releases
Support content creation across editorial and commercial campaigns
Proofread content before publication
Ensure copy is clear, accurate and aligned with brand tone
Production and Campaign Support
Support the wider Production and Campaigns teams with operational delivery
Assist with content scheduling and publishing timelines
Help manage upload workflows across multiple platforms
Coordinate with Editorial and Design teams to ensure assets are delivered correctly
Quality Control and Accuracy
Check content formatting, spelling, grammar and links before publishing
Ensure images, videos and assets are uploaded correctly
Maintain high attention to detail across all published content
About You
You will ideally have:
Strong written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence working across multiple tasks simultaneously
Good organisational skills
Basic understanding of digital publishing and CMS platforms
Interest in media, publishing, content or events
Ability to work within fast-paced environments
Desirable
Experience using CMS systems
Experience writing website copy or press releases
Understanding of SEO and digital content best practice
Experience within media, publishing or marketing environments
